Your PBS checklist
- Your Medicare card and concession card/s to your pharmacist each time you get a prescription filled
- Ask for less expensive brands of medicine
- Protect yourself with the PBS Safety Net —keep a record of how much you spend
- Don’t get more medicine than you need
- Make sure you know the rules about travelling overseas with PBS medicine
- Claiming and collecting PBS benefits for someone else
